AlienSpore.com is officially back in business after originally being shut-down by the Looble Network in October 2004. For those worried that history will repeat itself, we assure you that Herky is being kept far away from Alien Spore after he single-handedly drove the site into the ground four years ago! In fact, Herky is still locked up in our very own state of the art looble dungeon… For those interested in the history of Alien Spore and the reasons for the shut-down, read about it here in our archives.

Alien Spore will now serve as a repository for random software research and troubleshooting. It will be run by a group of mad scientists operating out of the basement of Looble Headquarters.

It’s official, now that all content has been moved to Looble, I’ve given the order to shut-down AlienSpore.com!

When I first acquired Alien Spore from Mr. Alien, Herky was asked to keep it updated with software news so that we could retain the readership and fans of the original website. My goal was never to destroy AlienSpore.com, I simply had to silence Mr. Alien before he revealed my plan for world domination. I apologize for not keeping a closer eye on Herky, who apparently mistook software news to mean some sort of personal journal about love stories. Herky’s “softnews” has managed to reduce the daily visitors at Alien Spore to about three… We really see no need to continue wasting resources on this project for the time being. Rest assured, Herky has been punished for this. He is currently locked away in a dungeon far beneath Looble Headquarters and we have no intention of ever releasing him.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause! I will be keeping the domain as part of the looble portfolio and may consider developing it in the future. Later this week AlienSpore.com will be parked and contact information for anyone interested in purchasing it will be available.

Looble… empty? Not for long! We’re about to import a whole bunch of Looble related content from AlienSpore.com! That’s right, Herky is not the mastermind behind anything related to Looble, he is just a pawn, used by me in order to accomplish my grand plans…

Back in 2003, Mr. Alien ran AlienSpore.com. His investigation of Looble.com nearly foiled my secret plans for world domination. That’s when I unleashed Herky to eliminate Mr. Alien. Herky failed miserably. His secret mission became a public spectacle when his threatening emails were revealed by Mr. Alien… In the end, I had to silence Mr. Alien by purchasing AlienSpore.com. Of course, everyone assumed that Herky was the one who purchased AlienSpore.com, especially since I’ve been allowing Herky to run the website ever since! Nobody ever suspected me, Weebo…

Of course, now that Looble is ready for the next phase of it’s plans, there is no longer a need to keep Herky around. He will be locked away in a dungeon as punishment for his incompetence. Bye bye AlienSpore.com, all ur content r belong to us now.

This is going to shock you. The Looble.com mystery has been solved and the full details were posted here at AlienSpore.com for several hours! If you had the chance to read it, you may have the opportunity to make some cash if you play your cards right!

That’s right, I figured out the entire “Looble… Looble” mystery. I even posted every juicy detail right here in the main AlienSpore.com news until I was forced to remove it. The revelations made would have blown your mind…!

Last night I finally got to play on the Looble Castles map on the game ARC. It was very different than any of the other maps I had tried so far on the game. First of all, it was green… That probably doesn’t make much sense unless you play the game, but basically, this map is set in a forest which contains two castles. It feels like you are playing an RPG game when on this map, rather than the more traditional two-base wars. This one, seemed to immerse the map in a world.

After questioning a few people, I found out the map was made by a player named Weebo. Looks like I may need to find this Weebo to solve the Looble.com mystery!

Also, not that this helps, but Herky finally sent me a reply. All it said was, “Herky bad! Bad Herky! Better be afraid, butterhead boy!”…

From time to time I check up on some of our older stories to see if I can find any updates on them. The great Looble.com mystery which was never solved seems to surface and vanish every few months so I decided to give it another look yesterday. Since I never received further emails from Herky despite sending him several emails, I deciding to go back a step to the clues pointing me to the UFO game ARC.

I decided to download and play the game. Like the previous time I had tried this, I was unable to create an account. The game was still in some sort of closed beta state. This time, instead of stopping there, I went in search of assistance and eventually came into contact with someone who provided me with a working user name!

I played the game for a few hours since it was kind of fun! I hadn’t found anything though, and was about to leave when suddenly I saw the word Looble pop up on my screen!!! HOLY SMOKES! Some people were apparently discussing which map they should host on their server, and a map named Looble Castles was among those suggested! I begged for them to choose that map =p

They decided to host a different map, so I was out of luck! I’ll be back on the game tomorrow night though hoping to try out this map since it seems it may be the next clue! For those who have no idea what I’m talking about, search our archives for Looble and read up on this mystery…! If we’re lucky, enough of you will click the link to Looble.com so that Herky has to send us another angry email!
