My web-host, Ipower (http://www.ipower.com) has been experiencing some technical problems recently which has caused some obvious issues to the BattleCity Classic website.

In additional to being the target of hackers, they are also in the process of migrating all sites to a new platform which is causing problems for most customers who are not hosting static web-pages. All of my 'chmod' settings have gone biserck, some files have gone missing, and some permissions have made certain directories innacessible.

Hopefully all of this will be cleared up soon. However, my site has still not actually migrated to the new platform, so issues may continue for another week or so. Thankfully all my databases were un-affected. 

For those who cannot live without the forums, I have a prototype website up at http://battlecity.looble.com which has forums available. This website existed to test the new phpBB 3.0 Gold version as a possible replacement to the current system. I hope to have the current site fixed as soon as possible, but definitely let me know how you feel about phpBB 3.0 in the mean-time. I would have rather had more time to test the phpBB 3.0 site first and customize the theme, but I also wasn't expecting the site to implode either... ;)
