Congraulations to Makaveli, who has one yet ANOTHER design competition.  His design has received 50 percent of the votes for the competition (out of 6 contenders).  Here is his most excellent design:

Surge's original thoughts on all your designs:

Design #1
Overall a very nicely designed city. It has many exits for your defenders and turret factories are well-placed, but could be done a bit better. The easiest way to orb this city would be from the east or west. Bombing a couple of houses and just shooting the turrets next to the walls on the CC, using the researches as fire-cover, will get you orbed by a single attacker who has some skills.


Design #2
This is a very tightly-packed city. Reminds me a bit of Weebo's Buenos Aires. One advantage of cities like this are that you can have more turrets on the outer perimeter of your city. One disadvantage? The turret placement on the inside of the city will kill your commandos. Remember...keeping your defenders alive is the best defense!

Design #3
This is another prime-example of bad turret placement inside the city. These will kill your own defenders, leaving your city bombed to the ground by attackers. Any good attacker will use this to their advantage. The easiest way to orb this city is from the east, taking out the plasma research and running into the green factory to shoot the walls.

Design #4
Only three exits for your defenders to get out and shoot the attackers bombs, and not very well placed either. By the time someone lays a bomb on the outer-wall, its already too late to shoot it. Hopefully the mayor can build as fast as his outer-walls are going down. A single bomb can take out plasmas/greens/sleepers all in one!

Design #5
This city will be attacked from the east and west every time. Bomb two buildings and the walls are easily accessible for shooting....and not covered by any turrets either! Also, another tightly-packed city with a lot of friendly fire from your own turrets. Don't think about surviving much with this one.

Design #6
The greens factory is far too accessable for an attacker. Try putting your turrets in different places and getting better angles for them. This city is a perfect target for your typical "suicide bomber". You can get away with a lot with one bomb run.
