Newbie help is here, hurray! Now, all new players will be flooded with helpful tips which will get them started much quicker! For those who don't want to read the help messages, you can turn them off in your options.
This update also fixed the bug which caused cities to be locked up when the mayor died or left while someone was applying!
For anyone who is interested, some other small "index 0" bugs were fixed. Just small minor things which you may have noticed as players name not showing up on the battlefield occasionaly or in the applicants window when you cant see what the heck the mayor or applicant is typing. Just small little things being fixed up! w00t!
