New version released!  Here are the changes:

New:

• Using the ~ key will cycle between tanks (for those who own them)

• Private messaging added for members (use /pm person, you do not need to type their full name, so to pm me you would type /pm rem HAI 2 U CUL GUY)

• Once a city becomes orbable, it is always orbable even if they demolish

Bugs:

• Fixed discrepancies between server and client bullet collision
• Fixed memory leaks related to BattleCity not unloading certain resources
• Fixed a bug where changing mayors would not update player (Mayor of) text
