Battlecity Classic will be launched ... October 7th, 2006!

For those who had the chance to enjoy the previous version of Battlecity, here are some new things you can expect as posted by ReMoTe:

•  Account Editor for admins. (Any store purchases will be able to be applied instantly, without taking the server down)
  
  

• Two new store options, the rainbow colored name (flashy rainbow like admin), and a custom tank (All of the tanks in the skins will be compiled into the tanks file. If you purchase a custom tank, your tank will always be that tank. Because of this, we are also changing the name color of mayors to be Green, with the commandos the standard yellow)
  
  

• Empty cities disappear after 2 minutes of inactivity
  
  

• You can demolish two buildings instead of one before the demo timer takes effect. This should make quick demolishing quite a bit easier
  
  

• Graphical changes are being made. The game will come with a modified version of the Battle of Ut'rect skin, and any features in the interface which will not be completed will be remove
