i love how you left out the details... ok yes, we were doing a 1v1. he beat me the first time and im fine with that, no problems there. then when i rebuilt, legend joined me. i asked him not to interfere and he was ok with that. then hardcore came down and asked legend to not interfere, he was fine with it. hardcore again and again came back to tell him not to interfere, the fight had not started yet at this time.
then hardcore started getting really moody, he started to insult me and legend, i started getting kinda mad at this time.
not long after this, Morsmode joined Hardcore, and 2 secs after this, caez joined me. one last time hardcore came back, insulting legend, and this time more directly at me. so i got pissed off and decided to unleash all this anger on benguela.. during the fight, hardcore got his 3rd, so it was an even fight. 3v3. but even in those efforts coming from benguela, they were orbed.
Hardcore joined Cordoba and starting insulting me specifically this time. he quit and joined me. this time, he sabotaged me by
1. taking all the guns to kill the whole team
2. taking everything we had (i.e. turrets, meds, etc.)
3. bombing just about everything.
4. more insults
so i trapped him on the cc with alot of turrets. and more and more insults came. so then i asked 2 anonymous individuals to stand the left of the cc to kill hardcore. this happend no more than 30 times (idk where he got the idea of 125..). NOTE he could have left at any time, but just sat there insulting me, and telling me to shut up.
during this i gave him many chances to stop, i let him out multiple times, asked him to stop, rehired him when he left as well! but the behavior continued. soon after, Buenos Aires orbed us due to another sabotage (we wouldve gotten orbed anyway, just wouldve lasted longer ).
today, i was testing an entrance for Alex2121. ~Cortana~ (who im thinking is Hardcore, 95%sure it is) bombed that city while knowing i wasnt going to attack them, just test. soon after, we got enough people to get a 2v2 going, and "by surprise" cortana left, and hardcore joined. kinda suspicious???
I was lamed repeatedly at huambo as a tried to build by hardcore. so i asked Banshee to research everything at benguela while I distracted hardcore in Huambo. We orbed them  . then i rehired him, but had precautions this time, i trapped him on the cc to prevent sabotage. so he smurfed and sabotaged me there. he later got on hardcore when i trapped him again on the cc.
I would have killed him again and again like i did before but an anonymous person did not want to. so i did not force. i let him sit on the cc for awhile, trying to calm him down, telling him that he had no reason to be angry, since his actions had started this whole mess. He tried giving me an chance to make things right, when i had done everything right so far (besides the mass murder). but then he started blaming me for this whole mess, i tried to get him to understand the situation, but he would not listen. i did take screenshots of this, but they wont appear on my desktop or bc folder (il have to look into that).
PS: if i am found guilty of anything, i have told those anonymous people i would take all the blame.
EDIT: also, if you want me to, i can get a few witnesses. also, i can pick out individual things on hardcore's post that he left out a few important things
